Credits
Credits are the usage units that power AI services in QuantisAI Labs. Every time you use supported AI features, such as Text-to-Speech or Speech-to-Text, credits are deducted from your available balance.
Credits allow you to access AI features without paying for every individual request and are included with eligible subscription plans. Android users can also earn additional credits by watching rewarded advertisements.
What Are Credits?
Credits are used to access AI-powered features, including:
- Text-to-Speech (TTS)
- Speech-to-Text (STT)
- Voice Design
- Other supported AI services
Whenever an AI request is processed successfully, the required number of credits is automatically deducted from your account.
How Credits Work
Each AI request consumes credits based on the type of service and the amount of processing required.
For example:
- Text-to-Speech uses credits based on the amount of text being converted.
- Speech-to-Text uses credits based on the duration of the uploaded audio.
- Voice Design may require additional credits due to the higher computational resources involved.
Your available credit balance is updated automatically after each successful request.
Monthly Credits Included with Subscriptions
Active subscribers receive credits every billing cycle based on their selected plan.

Your monthly credits are refreshed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Earn Free Credits on Android
If you are using the QuantisAI Labs Android app, you can earn additional free credits by watching rewarded advertisements.
How it works
- Watch rewarded ads directly within the Android app.
- Earn credits after each successfully completed advertisement.
- A maximum of 50 credits can be earned per user per day through rewarded ads.
- Your daily quota resets every 24 hours.
This feature allows free users to continue using AI services without purchasing a subscription, provided they stay within the daily earning limit.
The rewarded ads feature is available only on Android Application.
Website Availability
The rewarded ads feature is not available on the QuantisAI Labs website.
Website users can access AI services using the credits included with their subscription or other available account credits.
Checking Your Credit Balance
You can view your available credits at any time from the Credits section of your QuantisAI Labs account.
The Credits page displays:
- Available credit balance
- Credits used
- Remaining credits
- Subscription plan
- Billing cycle information
- Daily rewarded ad progress (Android only, if applicable)
When Credits Are Deducted
Credits are deducted only after an AI request has been successfully accepted for processing.
If a request fails because of a platform-related technical issue, eligible credits may be restored automatically or after review.
Running Out of Credits
If your credit balance reaches zero:
- AI requests requiring credits cannot be processed.
- Existing generated content remains accessible.
- Android users may earn additional credits by watching rewarded advertisements (subject to the daily limit).
- You can also upgrade to a subscription to receive a larger monthly credit allowance.
Credit Reset
Subscription credits are refreshed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.
The rewarded advertisement quota also resets every day, allowing eligible Android users to earn up to 50 credits again.
