Forgot Password
The Forgot Password page allows you to securely reset your QuantisAI Labs account password if you've forgotten it. Simply enter your registered email address to receive a password reset code.
Step 1: Open the Forgot Password Page
On the Sign In page, click the Forgot? link.
You will be redirected to the Recovery page.
Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email Address
In the Account Email field, enter the email address associated with your QuantisAI Labs account.
Example:
Make sure you enter the same email address you used when creating your account.
Step 3: Send the Recovery Code
Click the Send Code button.
A password reset code will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open your email inbox and look for the password recovery email from QuantisAI Labs.
The email will contain a verification or reset code that you will use to continue the password reset process.
Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 5: Enter the Reset Code
After receiving the email, enter the verification code on the next recovery page.
The system will verify the code before allowing you to create a new password.
Step 6: Create a New Password
Once your code has been verified:
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Save the changes.
Your account password will be updated immediately.
Step 7: Sign In with Your New Password
Return to the Sign In page.
Enter your:
- Registered email address
- New password
Click Sign In to access your account.
Troubleshooting
If you experience problems resetting your password:
- Ensure you entered the correct registered email address.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder if the email doesn't arrive.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another reset code.
- Use the most recent recovery code if multiple codes have been requested.
- Verify that your internet connection is stable before submitting the form.
Tips
- Use a strong, unique password that you haven't used before.
- Never share your password or recovery code with anyone.
- Complete the password reset as soon as you receive the recovery email.
