Verify Your Email
The Verify Your Email page helps protect your account by confirming that the email address you provided during registration belongs to you. A verification code is sent to your registered email address and must be entered to activate your account.
Step 1: Open the Verification Page
After creating your account, you will be automatically redirected to the Verify Your Email page.
A verification code is sent to the email address you registered with.
Step 2: Check Your Email Inbox
Open the inbox of the email address you used to register.
Look for an email from QuantisAI Labs containing a 6-digit verification code.
Tip: If you don't see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 3: Enter the Verification Code
In the verification field, enter the 6-digit code exactly as it appears in the email.
Each digit is entered into the verification input until the full code is completed.
Step 4: Verify Your Account
After entering the correct verification code, click the Verify & Activate button.
The system will validate your code and activate your account.
Once verification is successful, you will be redirected to the Dashboard Overview.
Step 5: Resend the Verification Code (If Needed)
If you do not receive the verification email or the code expires, click Resend Code.
A new verification code will be sent to your registered email address.
Wait a few moments before requesting another code.
Step 6: Go Back to Registration (Optional)
If you entered the wrong email address during registration, click Back to Details.
You can return to the registration form, update your information, and request a new verification code.
Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble verifying your account:
- Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder for the verification email.
- Ensure you enter the verification code exactly as received.
- Request a new code if the previous one has expired.
- Wait a few minutes for the email to arrive before requesting another code.
Tips
- Verify your email as soon as possible after creating your account.
- Use the most recent verification code if you've requested multiple codes.
- Keep the verification page open while checking your email.
- Do not share your verification code with anyone.
- Once your email is verified, you'll have full access to all QuantisAI Labs features.
