Characters are refreshed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
What Counts as a Character?
Characters include every letter, number, punctuation mark, and space submitted to the Text-to-Speech engine.

This sentence counts every visible character, including spaces and punctuation.
The total number of characters used determines how much of your monthly allowance is consumed.
Upgrading Your Subscription
You can upgrade your subscription at any time.
When upgrading:
- Your account is upgraded immediately after payment confirmation.
- Your new monthly character allowance becomes available according to your billing cycle.
- Premium features are unlocked instantly.
Downgrading Your Subscription
You can switch to a lower plan whenever you want.
Your current subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After renewal, the new plan and its associated limits will take effect.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends.
- No further charges are made unless you subscribe again.
- Premium features become unavailable after expiration.
- Your account and previously generated content remain accessible unless deleted.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your selected billing cycle.

- Yearly
Payment is processed securely using the supported payment method for your platform.
Failed Payments
If a payment cannot be processed:
- The system may retry the payment automatically.
- You may receive a notification requesting an updated payment method.
- Premium features may become unavailable if payment is not completed before the subscription expires.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Your character allowance resets at the start of each new billing cycle.
Unused monthly characters do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated by your plan.
